Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice: If a client cancels their telehealth counseling session with less than 24 hours notice, they will be charged 50% of the session fee. 

No-shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled telehealth counseling session and does not provide at least 24 hours notice, they will be charged the full fee for the session.

Emergencies and extenuating circumstances: In the case of an emergency or extenuating circumstances, the therapist may waive the cancellation fee at their discretion.

Payment: Payment for telehealth counseling sessions is expected at the time of service or in accordance with the agreement made with the therapist.
